Thursday, March 4th, 2010
Just an info from the side of KAGUM Hotels: recently we launched a service named KAGUM Call Center. It is reachable by dialing the number (022) 4263333 or +62 22 4263333 if you are an international resident. A centralized service mainly designed for the sake of convenience, it houses an one-for-all solution for all of your dealing needs with KAGUM Hotels.
Just a quick reminder: the company that I am currently working in manages and supervises four different Hotels in Bandung: Golden Flower Hotel Bandung, Grand Seriti Hotel Bandung, Grand Serela Hotel Bandung, and Banana Inn Hotel & Spa Bandung, with more Hotels will be further available in the future. By centralizing the calls for all of those Hotels into one service, a guest can find convenient and quick access to
So, whenever you are in the mood for staying in Bandung and looking for a Hotel to stay, whip up your phone and give KAGUM Call Center a try.

This post is, as you should already been able to surmise quite easily from the name entitled to it, will detail (in a broad sense of speaking) Grand Serela Hotel Bandung, continuing from part one. As per usual, whereas the first post of my KAGUM Hotels series mainly tells about my opinion of the room I was shown when I visited, the second post consists of numerous things that crossed my head as I observed various facilities of the Hotel.
This is number three of KAGUM Hotels series of post. It is going to be a bit different this time. Whereas in the previous stories I retold my experiences of visiting two four stars Hotel, this time I am going to venture into a three stars KAGUM Hotels’ properties called
On the second part of my post about Banana Inn Hotel & Spa Bandung, I am going to take a look around the Hotel’s facilities. As I have said before, the staffs were thankfully accommodating, and the Hotel itself was relatively void of guests during my visit there. I could take pictures more freely without having to worry about people looking at me in a weird way that much.
This post is the second part of the information about Grand Seriti Hotel Bandung. This time, I will tell you about the impressions that I had when I visited the Hotel’s swimming pool, restaurant, fitness facility, and also its spa facility. Grand Seriti Hotel Bandung is unique in the way that all of those things above are actually placed on a building that is different from the main Hotel itself, a building that is located directly next to the main one. Thus, basically the Hotel is comprised of two buildings that are conjoined together by a connecting bridge (although only a very short walk is required if you decide to go there through the Hotel’s front door.)
