Ciater is one of the places you can try for something a bit different.

Ciater is widely known for its hot springs, and the place itself is generally well organized and maintained to accommodate visitors. One of the main reasons why there are so many people willing to visit it is the belief that Ciater Hot Spring has the ability to cure various kinds of ailments and diseases such as nerve or bone disorder, numerous skin-related diseases, rheumatic, and even physical disabilities. Its curative aspects are said to be the result of sulfuric elements contained within the spring, and the locals even believed that using the streams from the hot spring to irrigate their rice fields would produce better results compared to just normal water.

Ciater can easily be accessed from Bandung, and the journey to the place itself is not without its share of goodness: beautiful natural sceneries on the side are always available for your eyes to feast upon.
