Just a quick announcement that there is currently a Wedding Exhibition event in Braga’s Landmark located in Braga Street, Bandung. The Wedding Exhibition is scheduled to be carried out for three days consecutively, starting from Wednesday (January 20th, 2010) to Friday (January 22nd, 2010). Why they chose Wednesday to Friday instead of weekends is beyond me, but regardless, while it’s there, the exhibition itself opens around 9 A.M.

The Landmark in Braga Street

The event is filled with a good number–not too many, but just enough for a good variety while at the same time not getting overly crowded –of wedding organizers, photographers, Hotels, and others. The place is not really big, and on some spots if you pay enough attention you can spot signs of lousy professionalism (for examples, paint stains on the floor), but overall the exhibition is relatively well presented. Shows such as Bartender Competition also help the atmosphere to become more lively all around.

If you are looking for some good deals for your wedding day, you ought to be able to secure one here because the vendors are selling special prices and discounts during the exhibition. Just be mindful to the fact that most participants on this exhibition are trying to sell modern-style wedding (the kind that you see in movies and such) instead of the more traditional ones (such as Javanese/Sundanese-style wedding), although regardless you should be able to find good deals for whatever kind of wedding that strikes your fancy.
